Optel offers pocket vibration meters [model vbm-1]. Pocket vibration meters are small, portable instruments contained in a single, handheld durable abs cabinet. These meters are used for checking vibration on all types of rotating machinery, including fans, pumps, motors, blowers, compressors and other types of machines. The operator simply selects displacement [microns], velocity [mm/sec] or acceleration [mmlsec2] and begins taking measurements. The various features of vibration meters include: measures displacement, velocity and acceleration, handheld, portable, battery-operated, easy-to-read lcd display, digital, solid-state circuitry, durable abs case, keypad operation, etc. These vibration meters can be used in fans, motors, pumps and compressors; condition monitoring; and vibration trending.
